Few days from now Rocreh Web Design contest will say good bye to us. Some may shrug their shoulder, some might say ok. But for some who exerted effort joining this battle or contest, memories of Rocreh web design is unforgettable.

Thoughts and everything wrap in our mind and heart. In this contest there is a winner and so a loser, the winners shout in victory while the losers walk away.

But Guess what?

All of us won’t leave empty handed. The knowledge that we learn from this contest is more precious than winning. As I’ve said to my previous post rocreh web design, this knowledge can be our sword in time of danger, food during hunger, shield in time of rain. This knowledge can be our ticket into a brighter future. If we lose this battle do not feel bad and throw our self into depression instead take it as challenge to strive harder for the next coming battle.

Blogging in the Rocreh Web Design

Maryagirl is back, now let us determined the word blogging in the rocreh web design contest,well blogging is not only a word well for me blogging is like a hobby it’s because like friendster,plurk and facebook blogging is also a kind social networking but blogging is a little bit different because we can communicate with other people by means of sharing information that sometimes contains some images and videos.

In the Rocreh Web Design Contest our entry must reach the top,how? By just simply optimizing and obcourse through our blogs,well specifically the competition for the web design is all about blogs right?

But what was the word blog really is?

A blog is usually maintained by an individual with regular entries of commentary,descriptions of events and sometimes other material like graphics or video.The word Blog can also used as verb.

Did you know that there were several types of blogs?
Yes there are many different types of blogs, differing not only in the type of content, but also in the way that content is delivered or written.

The first of them is the Personal Blogs which is the most common blog, this blog often share thoughts and feelings, next to this is the Corporate and Organizational Blogs this is open for business purposes and private in most cases.


Personal,Corporate and Organizational Blogs was just a few kinds of blogs, speifically there’s a lot of them.

The Rocreh Web Design Contest

This blog is dedicated purely for the Rocreh Web Design Contest held by the ever genius Sir Felix. This is in response to the upcoming IT Week celebration next month of our Department.

This contest enables to enhance the skills of the participants in search engine optimization or SEO. I knew I am not sure about this if I can make it successfully. But this is just a test and I believe I will be learning a lot from this.

Here are the mechanics and rules of this contest:

1. Only students under Computer Education department of H.C. are valid to participate the competition.
2. Start date is 19th January 2010.
3. End date of the contest is 1st day of the IT Week (Comsci Day) at 11:00 AM
4. On your blog (blogger.com, vox.com, i.ph or other - if you don't have one create a new one), simply create an article about the key phrase or just about anything, but optimize it so that it becomes the top Google search result for the contest key phrase. (see key phrase below)
5. Your blog/s DOMAIN used for the entries should not contain any part of the key phrase.
6. The blog (post and articles) should not contain any name of our school.
7. Entries should be registered by leaving a comment below containing the name or the name of group participants and the URL entry of the participants. Unregistered entries will not be included on the official list of valid entries and are not qualified to get any of the prizes.
8. The entries should have a visible link back to cash price sponsor in anywhere on the post entry.
